Dentures & Others
For individuals who have lost all their teeth, there are effective solutions to restore both function and appearance.
While replacing each tooth with an individual implant and crown can be costly, alternative options include a fixed implant-supported bridge or a removable implant-retained denture, both secured with dental implants for added stability.
Full-Arch Tooth Replacement Options
Implant-Supported Bridge
An implant-supported bridge is a high-quality, long-term solution for replacing a full arch of missing teeth. Instead of placing an implant for each tooth, a series of titanium implants (typically four to six per jaw) are used to anchor a complete set of teeth. These implants require several months to fuse with the jawbone (a process called osseointegration) before the final teeth can be attached. The result is a strong, natural-looking smile that functions just like real teeth. Regular dental cleanings every six months help maintain its longevity.
Removable Implant-Retained Denture
A step above traditional dentures, removable implant-retained dentures offer improved stability and comfort. Held in place by two or more implants, they provide greater chewing power and eliminate the slipping or discomfort often associated with conventional dentures. These dentures can be removed for cleaning, making oral hygiene more manageable. Routine six-month dental visits ensure both the dentures and implants remain in optimal condition.
